Michele is currently working at stirring the pot by launching a "Cooking-up Innovation" program in Ottawa, Canada where Innovative Facilitation is partnering with Brookstreet Hotel's Executive Chef, Michael Blackie to create a culinary challenge that will allow participants to 'taste' their innovation styles at work. 

Innovative Facilitation creates and facilitates customized leadership and trainer development programs for organizations that are passionate about developing their people.  Self-awareness is the cornerstone of Innovative Facilitation's work with leaders and Michele felt that the Innovation Styles profile would be a great tool to support leaders in more deeply understanding their own preferences, those of their team members and how to use this information in contributing to a culture of innovation.
